State inmates are being released
State of California is having no choice but to start releasing thousands of non violent prison inmates earlier than their terms.
Starting on Monday January 25, 2010, inmates will either be release to their last known county jails to complete their remainder terms of sentences, or home detention, where they will be confined to their residency wearing an ankle bracelet known as GPS, monitored by county probation department, assigned to probation officers.
